Products
The company designs and produces various types of valves and strainer for industrial applications. Valves are produced from a range of materials from carbon steel through nickel alloys and including high strength super austenitic material. Our wide product ranges are Gate Valve, Globe Valve, Angle Globe Valve, Swing Check valve, RAM Type Drain Valve, Flush Bottom Tank Valve, Strainer, Flanged Strainer, and Mono Strainer Flanged. Materials used in for manufacturing the valves are Bronze, Gun metal, Cast Iron, Cast Steel, Stainless Steel, Forged Carbon Steel, Forged Stainless Steel etc. |

The materials are chosen for high corrosion, erosion resistance and sound mechanical properties at design temperature. |
Inspection
The inspection department is responsible for the finished products complying with and meeting all the predetermined quality requirements established by the Q.A. Department.
Raw Material Inspection: All raw materials are inspected for mechanical and chemical properties by verifying their certificates as per established norms.
Process Inspection: Total inspection is carried out on the components manufactured. During the production process several tests are conducted such as hardness tests of Hard facing, Welds, Stems and Bolting as well as qualification of welders.
Pressure Testing Inspection: Each and every valve is invariably pressure tested as per required parameters. In the final inspection, valves are being mounted on test beds to ensure performance standards as per relevant codes / class.
